Financial Advisor

PlannerPal is an AI platform designed to streamline and automate the administrative workflows of financial advisers. Their mission is to transform hours of manual note-taking, document creation, and data entry into a fast, intuitive process, freeing advisers to focus on delivering exceptional client service. As lead designer on the project, I collaborated closely with the two co-founders to bring their vision to life. With a strong emphasis on clarity and efficiency, I designed a seamless user experience across desktop, mobile, and app. Starting with the user research involving financial advisors, I gained deep insights into their daily routines, workflows, and compliance requirements. These findings guided me in wireframing realistic user journeys and flows that would fit naturally into their way of working. I created and developed a comprehensive UI kit, building out the full user journey in Figma. Throughout the process, I ensured all design assets were production-ready and optimised for a smooth handover to the development team.
